Ok. How about like a section where we put like user made banners or sigs or wallpapers instead of just in posts? I don't know something random.

how about tutorials, everything, with at head of every section a mod (air, land, infantry) and a couple of helpers, you sign in in a certain thingy, and are then supposed to help finding good info and recources to help make the next tutorial.

How about a wiki, then people could really edit anything with no admin permission needed.

Takes about 10 miniutes to set-up, and it's free.
